Hello Nanou! I’m medicine student and i think it would be nice to make another “roleplay doctor cranial nerve asmr” more realistic a.k.a more about actual cranial nerves Humans have 12 cranial nerves each can have one or multiple functions including things like movement, sensation ect. I won’t go to much detail but here are some asmr ways to cranial nerves I = sence of smell - you can bring various aromatic substances and test them in ech nostril II = vision - you basicaly did this one and i’m not going to elaborate details in which it was done wrong III + IV + VI = eye movement and pupil - you also covered these (could add acomodation though - focusing on object that is getting closer). Maybe don’t make object of focus flashlight. Pen would be nice. V = this one is complicated - you did it but not the way it should. We test light toutch (cotton), heat (cold onbect) and pain (pointy object) of face afterwhich chewing muscles are checked by hand. If you want to use the reflex hammer it can be done on the chin to test its jerk. VII = facial/mimic muscles This one includes testing facial expresions - eyebrows, forehead, cheeks, smile… this nerve is also responsible for (majority) of taste VIII = hearing and balance of body - this one is tested by whispering to ones ear or rubing fingers close to patients ear. IX + X = basicaly deep mouth muscles - you look in nouth and make us say “Aaaahhh” “Kaaa” “Gooo” XI= this one is for shoulder muscles -it is tested by shruging XII = nerve of the tongue Last you test tongue moovement

To be fair, in the clinic no one tests the difference of gnostic and vital sensibility of the trigeminal nerve. Usually you just ask if there’s a difference between right and left and if something feels different than what they’re used too. Just make sure to touch the 3 branches of the nerve
