@@DattoDoesDestiny I like to imagine that Jezz was standing right outside your door listening, making a moaning sound everytime you lasted a minute without laughing, just so you had to start over haha. I know I’m 100% right on this because I have a friend that Jezz has a spitting resemblance too in both humor and image. And when I was working on my speech video I had to make in college In one take, he did that too me for like 30minutes. I found it funny and infuriating at the same time, but loved it as well because he was a true friend who was like a brother to me. After we both graduated from Nursing school and got our RN license, he got super depressed with working in an ICU, saying he had no free time and staying up all night to play games with me and others because he felt like that was the only way he could make time to be happy, by trading hours of sleep he needed dearly, for more time to laugh and play Destiny with friends. He ended up falling asleep on his ride into work on Sunday after pulling an all nighter with me to play “Dark Pictures Anthology game” and flew through the window of his Ford Bronco after flipping it a few times. He was somehow still conscious after the accident and called me by accident which I assumed after he couldn’t make out a complete sentence. I didn’t know if I should call 911 or not at first, but I told my GF too and explained to them what was happening and something was wrong and laid out the main highway he took to work as well as his address just incase he was at home. They said they would check to see if anyone had reported an accident, and while they were doing that my friend had stopped responding and I heard people in the background of his phone. I told the operator I hear people on his phone, maybe it’s his roommate or another driver, and they eventually told me an ambulance had arrived at a scene involving a Ford Bronco. She couldn’t tell me how he looked but I assumed it was him by the noises I heard on his phone. I heard what sounded like counting and my stomachs dropped. I knew they were doing chest Compressions just by what I could hear coming through his phone. He survived and fully recovered from that crash. Crazy thing is that there was never anyone reported as being there before the ambulance showed up, and no name was given by whoever called in his accident. Yet with how long he would have been sitting there with no pulse before someone started CPR he should have had severe brain damage and probably be a vegetable. They say it was as if someone had started CPR before the ambulance got there, yet no one was there when they arrived. His ribs were already cracked when the paramedics started their Compressions, and I 100% heard someone talking to him when I was trying to explain to the operator where he might be. I couldn’t make out what was being said besides the person Using his actual full name “which none of us ever use” to address him (which is why I thought it might be his roommate) but he too always used my Buddy Branden’s nickname “BAM” when we talked to him. Like all of our online friends don’t even know his real name, they just know him as Bam and me as Das or David. But whoever did stop to start CPR seems to have known his actual name. I too this day swear it was his guardian angel who somehow started CPR while calling in the accident and Bams life status. Because if it was an actual person who knew enough to do CPR they wouldn’t have stopped before an ambulance got there. And if they did stop and somehow completely fled the scene in their car before the medics got there, then he would 100% have brain damage with how long it would have to have been for them to disappear from the scene without the medics seeing them drive by them. Bam doesn’t remember anything from our gaming sesh up to waking up in the hospital the next day. He does remember two things in that time though. One was trying to do something on his phone when lying on the ground (ended up being calling me on accident instead of 911) and the other being feeling complete peace and comfort… he can’t explain it but He just remembers a peaceful heaven like feeling from all that time he was out (no pulse). No images just a calming soothing feeling. I’m convinced it was an Angel, he thinks it was his Brother who passed away when he was 20. But it made us both believe in a God, and there being something magnificent after our time is up on this earth. He now works with me at a Dialysis clinic and we run that Unit together always fighting over who has to be the charge nurse today and do all that extra work for just $1 more an hour (totally not worth it). We still play Destiny 2 together on non work nights, and he always discords your videos with Jezz to me saying that could be us, and we should ditch Nursing to become podcasters lol. I think this would be a cool story to share on our podcast if we ever actually make one. I doubt anyone’s going to read all this, and I probably wouldn’t either. But hope you know you and Jezz’s content has been a huge part of keeping our brotherly bond in pact. And everytime I watch you guys do videos together, it reminds me of me and Bam and this story of Bams accident.
