This video perfectly illustrates what's wrong with destiny. The entire gameplay loop is to bust your ass grinding and farming for that godroll just so either a- bungie nerfs the item , or b- you have to delete the item for space . Each item deleted can represent hundreds of hours of your life wasted . The game is not fulfilling and it sure as hell isn't fun 95% of the time. Once again bdobbinsftw is proved right again yet none of you current bungie youtubers will react to his 5 year old videos on destiny that are more relevant than ever .

I'll tell you what...for a LONG time, I've been somewhat against Datto's Vault Cleaning LLC, partially because playing looters (should) be all about hoarding lots of stuff, and keeping a neat and tidy vault is entirely antithetical to the main selling point. And I still kinda feel that way. HOWEVER... The more of these I watch, the more critical flaws in the game get spotlighted to prove conclusively that, at least in DESTINY, there's literally no reason to keep most things. Even the times when someone keeps something "for sentimental value"...it's usually rooted in "man, that sure took a long time to grind"...right...that grind SUCKED...what's sentimental about that? And why do people insist on Masterworking everything, when there's basically no reason to do so outside of "I did it?" TLDR: Keep up the good work. PS: Optimal Family ad reads...why are they literally all the best?
