Does anyone else enjoy these videos more by watching them? Since I can see exactly what the person is doing, it takes out all the guess work, as opposed to sitting there with my eyes closed I focus too much on figuring out what they may be doing at the moment so I cant actually get tingles that way.

There are definitely visual components to ASMR. Seeing a face / facial expressions, hand movements and touching, lighting / lights, observing the actions being performed (as you mention), etc. Much of that can be imagined, but having the visuals provided can make the experience more real and specific. On the other hand, closing one's eyes can help for falling asleep (if that's the goal). 😊

The set up and preparation for this video looks great. The way the camera is set up so that the viewer's 'body' is just out of frame, and the lighting and all, it looks like a real therapist's office and makes the video more immersive. Also, your crinkly shirt/blouse is great.
