I dont have sleep issues but im always trying things to make us sleep faster or better. Asmr is my thing, even tho i dont actually need it, but i love hearing ppl talk or hearing sounds. Thats why holidays are the best. Families get together and i listen to them talking through the walls, and i sleep like a baby.
