Be still without moving and observe your incoming--outgoing breath and body sensations for around 10-20 minutes. Be as still as possible. I came home today and this was exactly what I needed,. Glow has a way of knowing how and when to soothe the soul from stress and adverse conditions. We love her, but she already knows that and her sincere truthfully relaxing techniques are from the heart and well-received. I relax so much more with Glow than any other ASMR artist; she is our kind of ASMR artist, no fancy makeup, no weird backgrounds, she just does her stuff regardless of the funky extras. Glow is the type of girl that you'd go on a date with and be fine with a just hug, her company is more important than anything else. She loves with her eyes and voice until we're all totally relaxed. She is awesome, I just wish I knew women like this in the real here and now life. Could you imagine having her as a roommate or a real wife? Man, you'd be so relaxed the yard and the laundry would never get done.

So I’m gonna say this here because asmr comment sections are the most comforting and supportive places I’d want to talk in right now. Hi. My name is Alex. You probably don’t know me unless you’re one of my irl friends and magically find this. But first I just want to say how proud I am of everyone here. You are doing amazing. I’m here laying in bed, at 12am, feeling wide awake. My sleep schedule is so messed up that I feel mentally and physically exhausted during the day, and wide awake at night. Most people feel anxious at night only, or it all just kinda comes out at night. But me I’m strange, in the way that my emotions work. I rarely react bland to anything. During the day, I feel alone, jumpy, exhausted, and at night I feel safe, comfortable, and awake. I only feel confident in myself at night. I only take care of myself at night. And my mom doesn’t even know how late I stay up. I haven’t gone to bed before midnight in at least a month. And some people just want to go “It’S sO eArLy It’S nOt tHaT bIg oF a deAl” Well it is to me.!! I am so mentally and physically exhausted, every small task feels like a chore. Every peice of homework, every household chore, every self-care thing, every exercise, every school day. Paying attention is the worst. I can’t. It’s just not possible for me. And the worst thing about my whole situation is my parents. My parents are most likely going to get a divorce and if I’m being completely honest I’m terrified. I don’t want to move. I want my dad to live in my house again. I want my friends to understand. I want to be able to talk to someone. I want a answer to fix me. To fix my broken life. I know I seem like I’m overreacting but this is my everything. Thank you for listening.
