I may not have a headache but I didn't sleep well two nights in a row seeing as I had sleep on a fold out bed in a hotel. Also, I never sleep well in hotels, so there's that. As always, a really relaxing video Dee. Have a wonderful week.

I find it comforting when you demonstrate on your own head, neck, etc. what you are going to do/are doing 😊 The steamer and gloop gloops continue to be very nice triggers. The jelly ball and corn-on-the-cob holders 🌽 sounded and looked cool also. And the way you executed/edited the transition from the steaming to the hair brushing was great!

My day was so bad yesterday I just got all emotional but today my day was a lot better today I walked early with my mom and spent most of my day either in or beside my swimming pool! It was very relaxing but now my face is all sunburned but it's all good my day was wonderful much better then yesterday!

Hair brushing, hand movements, tracing and those beautiful whispers are some favorites. I really loved the verbal triggers in this too. Loved how you talked about the focus on breathing and reminders to release and let go of tension and “surrender to that quiet place”. Slow to grasp asmr just simply because i am a.b. normal by nature. Once i did (thank you to 4 other beautiful souls dedicated to this very healing art form (fan of reiki and guided meditation for again decades, so that part i understood) some real healing began and i am grateful to you all. Can’t paint it all with the same brush. Same goes for music, movies, and any type of content. Be discerning in it and I think you’ll be ok. On my Christian channel I have a video titled is ASMR ok for Christians and it touches on some of that.
