This is one of those that relaxes you so much it puts you out! 🫠🥱😴Luckily I had lots of time to watch this over and over! Dee your creativity with using the most random but cool things has to be applauded. The tubes were amazing!! I love the light wand tracing and the foamy roller massage! I had a lot of head and neck tension going into this but felt so much better afterwards! And the unicorn was so adorable it made me smile! As does your beautiful care with every video! 💜💙💚

Thank you for the video! It reminds me of a Harry Potter themed video by bluewhisper, called Madam pomfrey, that really used to help my headaches. That video is madam pomfrey pretending she opens the brain to see the damage, then applies an elixir on the damaged (hurt) parts of the brain. The elixir makes little fizzly sounds. It was really helping, and later I heard of a migraine technique that might explain why it helps. Some people say trying to concentrate on the exact place where it hurts when having a headache makes it go away. So by imagining the exact spot that hurts and the little fizzly sounds help you imagine something is happening, moving or healing there, it explains why it works. In other words, I think there is some reason why imagining a brain scan and imagining the exact spots that hurt healing, actually helps.

Doctor's told me I have bad migraines and do you ever feel like it's getting worse they tell me to go on walks but never do it could be my fault but headaches with my anxiety mix together isn't a struggle I find comfort in...I wanna cry so bad but can't so now my throat and jaw hurt for holding in tears because if I let myself cry then crying will become a habit....I just hate this feeling
