I suffered a really bad work injury on 7/21. I work in a sterile lab and make custom medicine for very sick people. I love my job. I love that I get to help someone’s life or at least help keep them alive a little longer. Ever since my injury I lost my self independence. It’s been rough because I now have to depend on my loved ones to help me with something as simple as cleaning my home or doing laundry. Your videos bring me comfort every evening. Thank you. Truly.

I've not been practicing self care and ended up run down and caught a bug from my daughter. If you don't rest and take time for yourself you end up sick and no choice but to rest. When i recover I am fitting this precious time in at least weekly. It's so important.

May you make a video for a bad day(like when we get bad news or when we're going through rough moments)? A video about learning to observe emotions and not let them define or control you? I was having a good day but a difficult healthcare issue happened to me and now I'm a mix of scared, lonely, feeling like crying but i don't have even strength for that, yet my chest is so heavy. I can't sleep. You know when bad situations feel like outweighing and deafening the small victories in your life and you feel disoriented and overwhelmed by them? Suddenly you get blind by negative emotions that paralise you physically but makes your mind exhausted by worrying non stop. I love your videos , I watched them all already ❤️ the ones for sleep with cleansing with selenite , rain sounds and reiki symbols are my favorites, doesn't matter the topic. You're soothing, like a lighthouse for someone that's on a raft in a stormy sea. You're pure light. Thank you for your videos. They are a blessing for all of us ❤️
