I had this op mid 2021. And it was the worst healing experience I have ever had. I had the largest tonsils you could have, with my airways being mostly blocked. As well as none of the painkiller drugs hospitals have work on me. The surgeons and nurses were really nice tho so I kinda miss that part

I had my tonsils taken out in 2015 and I was so scared because I woke up in the middle of a procedure (a kidney stone surgery) in 2012. I made the doctor reassure me several times before he put me under, that I wouldn't wake up in the middle of my tonsils being burned out and the smell of cauterized flesh 😂😂

The one thing wrong in this video they would not have put a trach tube in the throat they would have put oxygen through the nose because the trach tube would have gotten in the way and made it hard to remove them❤️
