[ASMR] How to Make Chocolate Pound Cake

same recipe with music : • Chocolate Pound Cake ☆...
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ingredients:
90g Whole wheat flour
300g pastry flour
80g cacao powder
50g almond powder
350g almond milk
80g coconut oil
100g avocado oil
200g palm sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
200g prune
100g walnut
Instructions:
1. put all the ingredients together in a large bowl. mix well.
2. bake at 180C/350F for 45 minutes.
3. Enjoy!

「材料」
ココナッツオイル 80g(カカオバターでも美味しいと思います)
アボカドオイル 100g(クセの少ないオイルで代用可)
パームシュガー 200g(パームシュガーでなくても良し)
プラントベースミルク 350g(最悪、水でもよし)
バニラエクストラクト 小さじ1(省略可)
薄力粉 300g(ぶっちゃけ中力粉や強力粉でもできますが、食感が変わります)
全粒粉 90g(薄力粉390gで作ってもOK、ただしGI値は上がると思います。)
カカオパウダー 80g(省略不可、したらただのプルーンとくるみのパウンドケーキに。)
アーモンドパウダー 50g(必須ではありません。)
ベーキングパウダー 大さじ2(ういろうにしたければ省略可)
プルーン 200g(他のドライフルーツでも全然良し)
くるみ 100g(ヘーゼルナッツやピーカンナッツもオススメ)
「作り方」
1、全ての材料を大きなボウルに入れて混ぜ合わせます。
2、180℃で45分焼きます。
3、エンジョーイ!& I wish you a happy holiday!

Well he didn't measure some of the ingredients, poured them straight from the bag (flour, etc) so, I think he's just neat and orderly. But perfectionist, I don't think so.

@@foultier3430 In some shots you can clearly see the bowl has nothing under it, as when he pours the dry ingredients in this video. A better explanation would be that he's just a wizard.

you can have the ingredient on a scale and then as you pour and out it back you can see how much is gone in the minus. So the scale can be out of the shot

There's a previous video of him showing some off screen cuts, he did actually measured it off screen by measuring how much he had poured out of the original container.

No. Watch behind the scenes video. He just pour in some for the camera. There are scales off camera and he measures the bowl, then pour in more off camera.
