Each time I watch your cooking videos I'm thinking about the setup (and the time) to film all those different angles. I think I'd be as interested in a "behind the scene" video, or a time-lapse of you in the making of such a video. That's always a nice and contemplating work!

Instead of holding the bowl, you can melt the coconut oil using a double broiler (or you can put the bowl on top of a pot of boiling water).

Two questions, if you have the time: 1) large objects like prunes and nuts, tend to crack cake batter as it bakes... why didn't this happen for you; 2) Have you ever done a video on where you gained so much experience in the kitchen? Were you raised by parents who encouraged this, or has it all just been on-the-job experience? Thx.
@beatriceladouce9654 жыл бұрын
For the first question, doesn't that normally happens when there is a component like egg in the batter? I think that the cake here is too dense (with all the oil) and thus the batter just condense around and over the nuts. Just my opinion though; I don't know the real science behind this.
