ASMR I feel so sorry for Kazakh soldiers (MRE unboxing)

It was definitely the worst equipped MRE I've tested so far. There was neither a meal heater nor any water purification tablets to say nothing of treats such as energy bars or candies. Instead of that Kazah soldiers get several packs of white sugar.
What can I say? I feel sorry for all of the Kazah soldiers.

1st world vs. 3rd world difference really. Any 3rd world country native inhabitants who aren't rich will tell you this isn't all that bad. And 1st world people already eat much better than this on a daily basis, so obviously they think it's bad. And this is not to hate on anyone, this is just what people are used to. Hell, as a poor college student in Murica where sugary and fatty foods are plentiful, I say it doesn't even look bad. I would eat that if I run out of groceries.

Imo it's not the cultural difference what's the main thing here, it is not understanding what this dog-food-looking-thing is. Us, the people who know what it is, look past the looks (?) and kinda see it as a normal meal just looking weird because of being mushed in a tin can :)

Pretty cool :) EDIT: btw, your work is extraordinary, the soap/wood carving and writings on the papers are ones of the very best of yours imo, among other pretty cool videos. Max Allim ахуеть как по царский ебошим. Астану переименовываем в Нурсултан. Дыра в бюджете Кз после экспо 2017 такая же большая как дыра в бюджете России после строительства Зенит арены. Полезных ископаемых хватило бы на лет 500 всей страной жить как шейхи и срать деньгами, а дальше пришлось бы чуть чуть начать экономить (ну примерно всего 2 ракеты на одну семью). Казахстан катится по наклонной, прогресса 0. Недалекие люди в большинстве и чуть ли не молятся на Назарбаева. Ебашим по царский блять. Пойду по царский воду разогрею, кипяток попью.

Honestly this doesn’t look as bad as it’s perceived. I’m from Canada and I’m definitely privileged, but this just looks like food. Cheap but it definitely looks edible and not like I’m going to throw up from eating it, so if I was in a situation where eating other foods was not an option, I would eat it. Even now I’d try it out of curiosity. EDIT: I got even happier when I saw the tea bag. I love tea.

I know this may be like a year later, but I didn't even realize he did one on a Kazakh MRE. But for a little more context on what everyone is seeing, this is a 24-hour LRP(At least, their version). It's designed to gives you a boost in protein, sugars, and carbs. A "Long Range Patrol" is primarily you on the move, which is why all of these components are very similar, and why there aren't any heating elements involved. The only problem with this meal is that 1) there's no energy bars; but you could reason that they probably don't have the funds to properly equip their soldiers with decent candy and decided to just supplement it with sugar packets, as some other countries do as well to reduce weight as well as trash reduction. And 2) there's no trash bags to ensure that you don't leave anything that could be found by enemy's while on the move. It is kind of poorly designed, but the core structure remains.

I hope you can get an Indonesia MRE someday. Our MRE are mostly packagings of premade food and rice based meals. There should be a lot of wet sounds with it and the alumunium packaging shoulf be nice to rub against :)

The Indecisive Fox basically a living allowance loaned to you by the british government, it used to be a grant but that got scrapped with the conservative government back in 2014 iirr so on to of paying the £37,000 i own the government for the course (£9,250 each year for a Foundation plus full 3 year course) i also own them roughly £4,300 for each year of maintenance loan.... Yeh University ain't cheap
