If you are new to "ASMR" and/or my channel, welcome aboard and thanks for dropping by! The majority of videos I create, often in an unorthodox manner, are meant to help you relax, sleep, hopefully experience ASMR, and any other use that might help you find some peace of mind, concentrate, study, decompress, etc.
What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It's just a non-scientific, made-up term that a layperson came up with to describe the feeling characterized as a pleasant tingling sensation felt in various parts of the body (head, scalp, back, legs, etc.) in response to various visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli, such as crinkling bags, hand movements, whispering, personal attention or watching someone perform a task. It's like goosebumps, but much more pleasant and without the uncomfortable chills.
ASMR videos are meant to intentionally induce this sensation in the viewer, often referred to as "tingles". However, the videos also serve to provide a relaxing, calming, comforting and soothing experience for people beyond ASMR purposes. Many people who do not experience ASMR still enjoy these videos.
I experienced ASMR all throughout my life but no longer do as of a couple years ago. However, I still enjoy creating these videos for anyone else that still experiences it or is just looking to relax, sleep, study, etc.

The reason for the bone being attached to the meat is for flavour when they boil or cook it and also so that you can hold the meat and move it if you want. I eat Indian food extremely often and still I bite on a bone almost every time so its something that happens to most people. I've also been to many different Indian food restaurants in many different places and countries (even India) and still they had the bone with the meat and guess what, I bit into a bone while eating in India too. I guess its a cultural thing that India does. Just be careful 😂

It's prepared with the bone because the bone adds much of the meat/goat stock flavours. It's very much traditional. You're supposed to eat the meat off the bone and kind of suck the juices from the bones

Rift, as an Indian myself I have to tell you the garlic naan isn't meant to eat on its own nor with those sauces. You are supposed to order a side dish like for example butter chicken, shahi paneer etc to dip the naan into it and eat it. It is very delicious! Goat biryani is amazing I prefer chicken in my biryani and like it very spicy. Down in Canada over here we have a few restaurants of our own and even in india. I would love for you to check them out if you are ever in canada! Great video rift been a fan for about 6 years now!

And yes, the goat biryani is meant to have bones in. My parents come originally from Bangladesh; when my brother and I were kids, we loved gnawing on those bones until there was nothing left. If you do get Indian food again, though, if I can make a recommendation - mix everything together. The naan can actually be used to scoop up whatever main dish you get - if you get something other than biryani again - and you should feel free to mix sauces together and see what works for you.
