What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response which is a biological reaction that some people may experience when they hear, see or feel certain satisfying triggers such as whispering, tapping, brushing or typing. It is best know for causing tingly sensations, relaxation and comfortable feelings.
Because of this, many people use ASMR as a way to help relax and sooth their mind and bodies before falling asleep. It can be used for meditation, sound therapy and is a natural sleep aid. I watch ASMR every night to fall asleep - and several times throughout the day as a part of my self care practice to keep my body, mind & spirit healthy and balanced.

On the chainsaw man part of the video you were questioning the “I love Jacob’s ladder” thing on the manga. That’s actually a reference to the movie called Jacob’s ladder. Tatsuki loves movies and references his favorite a lot in the manga and especially in the anime that just came out. Sorry for sounding like a “🤓” but just thought I’d put that out there. So i have a question, there are some manga in covers, are they all read and put back very carefully back. Or are they read then put into brand new covers. And why use cover? As you didnt use for all but only for some?

Hi Crio! Great question! ∩^ω^∩ We put the very old and aging Manga volumes into plastic covers to protect them and keep them nice! The ones outside of bags are newer additions to the collection and series that we are currently reading or will reread in the near future 😇 Eventually they will all probably go into a cover bag to protect them! And if we ever want to reread we may need to re-cover them in the future! I hope that made sense 🥰 I think the plastic covers sound amazing!
