Tips: 1. Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed (ex. lock the door if it makes you feel more at ease) 2. Get into a comfortable SOOTHING position for your body. 3. Always relax the eyes, jaw, shoulders. - SO important! 4. Do not strain your eyes to focus between your eyebrows, just soften your gaze. 5. Breathe the way your body wants to. Don’t strain your breath. Simply place awareness on the way you’re already breathing and it will deepen and lengthen on its own. 6. No need to silence your thoughts. Accept that thoughts will always be there. Be neutral about your thoughts and they will begin to quiet. 7. You are sitting to remember your subjective self; the “I” that is always here, witnessing your experience of reality. Consciousness is at the core of who you are, the source of your reality. You cannot become more of what you already are. You cannot do anything to get to what is already here. Efforting can only take you further away from it. So you are sitting to just be. 8. Do not place awakening on a pedestal. You already are what you're seeking. You just have to recognize it. By grace, that recognition can happen at any moment. Hope this helps!

Do you mind if I request a video? I had a friend play a skin drum when they were on microphone in a videogame, and idk what drum they had but it sounded low, but small, and produced the most natural drum noise I ever heard. They didn't really play it, they just gently, gently touched it with a tiny fur mallet it sounded like. Really really softly, barely even producing much sound. It's hard to explain, but it had this low tone to it. Not too overpowered, not too high, not too low, and really really really soft. It was held just close enough to the mic to hear it. They touched it giving it enough time to ring through and quiet before randomly touching it again at intervals close enough to allow the sensation to kinda sink in. Idk what they were doing but they wanted to show off the drum and ever since then I've been asking them to record it, or have a meditation session with it but they've been pretty busy. I was curious if you could somehow replicate it though. It's probably the most relaxing sensation I've had. The ASMR from that drum lasted for many many many hours, even days. The next day just imagining the sound it made even had me feeling asmr. I'm trying to figure out what drum they have. What size, what skin, how it's tuned. I think it was hand picked by them and they knew what they were doing.

Thank you so, so much. As a fellow neurodivergent (Autistic/ADHDer) with experience of trauma I have struggled with being grasping what is being asked of me during meditation and because of this found it very difficult at times. This session was just perfect as I understood exactly what you were guiding me through. Love and light - and thank you, thank you, thank you! ❤❤❤

I have so much gratitude for this. I was having trouble sleeping last night and decided to watch this and your recent reiki video on sleep. I love the idea of looking at meditation without a pedestal, not as something to achieve or somewhere to get to but as something that just is that we have access to at all times. I also just really appreciated the perspective of honoring my insomnia and not resenting myself; just accepting that I can't sleep and that's ok, stop trying. This really helped me to slow down and shift my perspective. It brought me peace even though I couldn't drift off. I thank you so much for this 🧡

This is perfect timing. I just started meditating again, after a long time not doing so. I was struggling to really relax, and kind of pushing myself. With this video I was able to properly meditate and visualise for the first time in about 2 decades. Thank you so much!

...seeking leads to more seeking...wholeness is the beginning and the end of the spiritual path...balance is the first step toward harmony... harmony is an ever changing state of balance...if you are depressed you are living in the past...if you are anxious you are living in the future...if you are at peace you are living in the present...the quieter you become the more you can hear...whatever your life is presenting you with is the vehicle through which you can become free...
