I think your mic quality is just fine! I personally would like to see some different content explorations (in car, nature, walks, backdrops, etc.) over the slight increase in mic quality you'd get. I think the enjoyability of your content stems not from the quality (still very high!) but from you as a person and the atmosphere you create. Explore more of that atmosphere!

The different clips and videos of your backyard during rainstorms have always been some of my favorite, so my vote is for more outdoorsy nature sounds, like idk how well a mic would pick up bees buzzing on like a sunny windy day, but stuff along that idea. Either way love the videos been here for years

I do love your car videos but my favorite are definitely the grocery haul / cooking videos. I also enjoyed that video you posted of you walking at night awhile back now, maybe you could do a few of those in different locations, a walk on the beach, a walk on a nature trail ect. I think whatever you decide to do will be great, you’re always putting out well thought out content and I appreciate it. Your channel is so wholesome and one of my favorites to watch. Been a long time subscriber and have never been disappointed, only when you go weeks without posting ha ha! Just goes to show how much I enjoy your videos. Whatever you want to make, I will be watching it. As long as you're still talking to us and sharing your thoughts, I think it'll be great. I personally am not crazy about the asmr videos where no one talks and it's just sounds. They're cool for a couple minutes but then I get antsy and want some talking. I think the formula you have no is great. I think thats why people love it. If you wanna try new stuff, I think you should go for it and try it out. We will all support your endeavors. I think some lunch in the car asmr videos would be cool for different atmosphere. If you wanna try different backgrounds you could. I personally just like the the fireplace homey background, I think it provides a comfortable feeling and I think it's one of the things people like about the channel is that it's so homey and relatable and comfortable. We feel like we're at home with you and we know you and you feel relatable.

Since everything has become so much more expensive, I also try to buy in "mini" bulk where I can to freeze or short-term store. Fast food prices have also continued to climb, while quality control and portion sizes continue going downhill, imo. $20 for a small breakfast at Dunkin' is wild! Hi Tom! Pretty nice grocery haul! All those things would definitely be on my list! Regarding the pizza dough, it is easier and less expensive to make your own. I make mine. I do it in the bread maker. I bought a small bread maker and it makes the job so much easier. Better pizza dough than I can get anywhere! Loved your reaction to the coffee maker. I use a French press. Much quieter. Looks like you switched to a cast-iron. That’s all I use anymore. One thing I’ve learned cooking with cast-iron, is that you only need lower to medium heat because of the residual heat in the cast-iron. I always cook with mine on medium and then switch to low. Keeps everything from popping all over the place lol. those eggs were perfect, just the way I like them! Somehow I just knew you were gonna eat that piece of bologna!😅 That delicious cinnamon doughnut was a nice ending to your wonderful breakfast! Regarding your question about the microphone and more car trips, I think all those sound like good ideas. However, I see no problem with your sound. I think your sound quality is excellent. Also, I hardly ever pay any attention to your background because you have such good content. The brick does look nice though. I ordered a freestanding backdrop, BTW. I thought about painting my wall, but I wanted to be able to move the backdrop if needed. Mine has dark blue on one side and green on the other side. The green backdrop works very well. In fact, I think that in my video editing software, I can create any color or superimpose any background image if I have a green screen. So, I think you have more options with the backdrop and a green screen. They are not expensive. Sorry for the super long comment! Enjoyed your video and take care!

On your receipt where it says 2@$7.98 is saying thats how much you paid for both. So im guessing the sausage was $3.99 each. However did i hear you right on the creamer? $10.99 a bottle? Those are around $4 by me in IL. Or did you say you got 2 bottles and perhaps that was the price for both bottles (which is still high, but not as bad). I know the east coast, in general, is more expensive, but still. Anyway, love your content and enjoy when you make breakfast. 18:17 This is, in fact, not true. The fat in the butter will still smoke at 350 ⁰f. Adding oil does nothing to change this. If you want a butter to have a high smoke point, take out the fat solids, and you're left with what is called "ghee" or clarified butter.
