Great video! 10:06 Lumps in pancake batter is totally fine, as it won't transfer into the finished product (i.e. you will not be eating lumps of uncooked batter/flour/mix). Lumps help the pancakes keep their shape while cooking and gives them a nice airy texture. It's completely cool to whisk or stir your batter smooth too, it just develops more gluten in the pancake, which will give your flapjacks a chewier texture.

Thank you soo much for your concern and support! Well to start off I’ve got a lot on my plate lately…..pun intended. Been dealing with financial struggles, stress and anxiety as well as a bit of depression. For one views have been meh, definitely not what they used to be, soo that is getting me down and depressed since I put all this effort into these videos and then see that the views and view duration is way down…it’s discouraging. Then I got health issues I’m worried about, I’m outta shape, haven’t had my stats checked in a while. So yeah just a bunch of things going on and it’s getting the best of me.

Were you able to get the surgery to fix it and you're just needing to pay it off now or do you still need money for it? If you aren't comfortable answering then that's perfectly fine. Hello there, I am still dealing with having this hernia and I have not been able to get it fixed. I have no health insurance and cant afford health insurance. I also have a pretty hefty amount of taxes I am obligated to pay every month to Mr tax man so i'm in a bit of a financial crisis at the moment. I was praying that my views would get better so I can afford insurance when people can enroll. I had a gofundme up back then to see if people could help with health insurance but unfortunately I didn't raise enough and now I have to wait until November when the enrollment period begins again but Idk if I will be able to pay for it since i have liabilities with Mr tax man right now ..Hope that answers your question.
