Hi, I'm new to your channel, I love what you did with almond flour but how is no baking powder there and the cake got nice hight and airy?

Hello there, you can create a light and airy texture for your cake instead of baking powder. Just beating the room temp butter to be fluffy and pale, there are some small air bubbles that are able to ensure the fluffiness of a cake. Plus, almond flour creates a lighter, fluffier texture. 😊

It is not recommended because if you use flour instead of almond flour, the taste and texture of the cake will be completely different.😊
