This is all too real. Thankfully most directors I’ve worked with have been nice friendly & kinda down to earth. They also prefer you to improvise. And no one is superior. Whether you’re a main cast member, supporting cast, an extra, the director, the editor, camera crew, the catering staff or an intern, everyone matters & everyone’s equal. That’s the sets I like to work on. Obviously there has been a handful that have been similar to this. Putting you down every chance they can. Thinking they are above everyone else. But I’m not quite yet at the standard where I can walk off or refuse the job if I don’t like it.
