I have bought this version in Italian, as I am learning the language! My partner is Italian and after 7 years, I think it's time enough for me to start seriously trying to learn her mother tongue!

Sì che sto studiando sort of translates as "Yes I am studying" or "It is true that I am studying". The sì che stresses the fact that it's happening now. You're doing great!
