I had a coworker who decorated her cube and it evolved over the years to decorating our entire office area. People from other departments would "tour" our area. We started doing themes! Everyone looked forward to her decorating all our cubes and we'd help out, contribute, etc. That's my long-winded explanation that I love you're decorating your desk at work! You can start a holiday village collection with pieces from Hobby Lobby. Especially when the holiday stuff goes 50% off.

Oh you're a fellow chihuahua mom! We had to buy more fuzzy blankets because my youngest, the pomeranian-chihuahua, frequently steals my blanket off the couch so I'm left in the cold. She somehow made a pile of 5 blankets in the living room earlier this week. I don't know if dogs LIKE the color blue, but the type of colorblindness dogs have means they basically just see everything as blue and yellow, so it would make sense that things that are blue to us look nice to dogs, since they'd be true blue to the dogs?
