The human mind is a piece of clay that could be shaped In many ways. Humanity has changed so much in the past few hundred years. New countries, New technologies, The mindset of people outside have changed so much. About half a century ago we went to the moon and back multiple times. Now we are setting our eyes on mars almost ready to go there. And if you look at the united states you will see a country with many freedoms. Life has changed. As life has changed recently war has changed. About 100 years ago new weapons came into the field. Artillary that can destroy targets miles away, Moving fortresses called tanks covered in weaponry, aircraft that can drop explosives from above, Guns have changed to the point where they can fire over 100 rounds per minute, and many more technologies used in warfare. The most deadly weapon was used only twice in warfare. The atomic Bomb. The first ones able to destroy large cities in an instant now now can destroy small countries in an instant and make it unlivable for centuries with radiation. I fear for my family that will be searching for me. I fear that they will die at the hands of your men. I fear that in the future nations will destroy each other with the deadliest weapons ever known to man depleting the Ozone layer to 1/3rd its thickness making it impossible to grow food anywhere on earth for 10 years. This is my thought process. War will get worse in the future. While this was happening though we were rising from the ashes. Building higher, lifting over a hundred thousand out of poverty each day, Improving technologies. The truth is that I do not deserve immortality and would prefer death to immortal life on earth. Because this planet will die someday and I will be there when it happens.

Just drain me, I was basically a prisoner in my old life and now I'm a literal prisoner in my new one. This isn't kindness keeping me here, it's cruelty. When you have a curious and adventurous soul like mine a cage is just as good as a chopping block. Well those are my thoughts as to if I was in this situation though I probably would try to stage another escape when they would least expect it. I'm big and strong but fast and nimble and am especially good at climbing and jumping from tree to tree. I don't doubt I'd be chased but if I were to be caught I would die fighting for my freedom. Rather die a human than live a vampire as well. Look at me being all deep and stuff, well more over-dramatic but hey it's the internet so why not be a little extra?
