While I really like Asmr with zen music, or sounds of nature, what I absolutely love is just hearing stuff being created... Wood carving, needle felting, cooking videos... Also, it's interesting to see the way you hold the piece of wood, and carve away from your hands, cause you make it look easy, but it can actually be a very dangerous craft!

Have you considered putting a wood insert/peg in your table or using a clamp of some sort, for the beginning part I think it could've saved you a lot of effort with not having to press the wood against yourself. Not only has this man made a wonderful wood carving video, but he has also done so with fairly quiet breathing. I paint and I know I need to take some very deep breaths (that tend to be loud) when I take a moment to assess how I was doing from just the concentration alone, so the fact he kept his breath so quiet while not only concentrating so much, but also the hard work of using the right strength with the right tools, I just *chef's kiss* beautiful. I tip my paint brush to you my good sir. Amazing work.

I’m carving a spoon. Not very well because I’m going in blindly not even watching KZbin tutorials. But it looks pretty spoony. A little wonky but I got it. I might do something like this on my next try. I also need to learn to sharpen these things.
