Is the Sport Defender is as tough? Can you also strike with it as well as an impact device?

The Sport Defender is made out of an ordnance-grade polymer, comparable to the material used in pistol frames and other firearm components. It’s extremely tough. As for use as an impact weapon, we don’t incorporate that application in our OC training programs. However, obviously in a fight for your safety or even your life, having a striking implement in your hand-whether metal or a strong polymer-can be advantageous over bare hands.
