Gratitude, that has always kept me grounded. Also truly believing that happiness is in the eye of the beholder and being wealthy is not the answer.

I notice that nothing was said about the Harvard Happiness Project which has been ongoing since 1937. Why is that?

I am a bit confused by the data he presents. The actual data on happiness states that approx 50% is genetic, 10% is circumstances, and 40% is intentional activity. He says in this presentation that 48% is genetic, 40% is circumstances and 12% intentional activity- that is not correct- here is the article if you'd like to see the research.
