I'm just, more irritated with the fact, that they are charging that much for all those special editions, also both sides are kinda irritating aswell, assassins creed was always about hidden history, things that weren't normal in those time periods, we're shown through the animus, i mean the guy from nioh was based off a real guy and he was a white samurai, no one cared, like i said im more irritated with them and their scummy business practices, i could care less about a character, who is actually historically real being in an assassin's creed game. Leonardo da vinci, wasnt making weapons for a guy named ezio back then. So i dont really see the outrage, but then again i dont buy modern ubisoft games anyways.

@@ObviousMalcolm_PLUS yeah, it seems Ubisoft, is getting away with ripping people off, everyone is so strung up on race, in video games or women characters, they seem to forget these companies are getting away, with highway robbery, with these prices and micro transactions. Also, all the people complaining, are probably still gonna buy the game, that's the sad part, most people can't stick to their convictions.

I didn't but AC Mirage and will not be buying this game neither.. When I first the trailer... I wanted to play as a man and assassin.. the real question to ask.. will this game kill itself or the series?

This is some next level pandering mate... What really annoys me is that the person that they're basing this off wasn't an actual Samurai. He was a retainer(?) for a Samurai and yes, a respect individual in Japan which at the time was an achievement on its own and nothing to scoff about but NO!!!... They had to go that "extra mile" and make lame and dare I say racist against Japan to an extent, ignoring their history. They did it for the pandering and everyone knows it and that's what people are hating on.

Ubisoft is definetely pandering but another thing that struck me was that they never specifically say he's a samurai. They just showed them wearing Samurai attire and weaponry which by historical evidence is correct. Hence my position in not hating his inclusion. I mostly hate Ubisoft for using him as a token perhaps

I think you have a very valid point on why people shouldn't throw hate at game from a trailer and from my perspective, being the so called "target audience" for this piece of media, I find not the execution as of now (we still don't know if the game is any good), but the intention insulting in more ways than one.

It's not about the character being black. Heck we had 2 Assassin's Creed games. One actually sucked. We only forgave that one since it's on PS Vita. It was never a race issue. It's about the real reason is that they got their info way wrong. Now there is a thing going on at the moment where People keep changing the wiki. To me I don't care. Ubisoft games recently has been going down hill. which you can blame some of their staff are woke are not. Also the prices on these games are really ridiculous and should get the down vote. Mirage wasn't even that long and it has the same price as the other ones. Games can be misleading.

its not only that, the guy doesnt have enough history to be a MAIN character, hes in a weird point where he might as well been replaced with a japanese dude cuz theres so little known about him, ac is known for getting the characters correct with an injection of ac lore, yasuke cant be that

Malcolm, the pirates at the time were of european and american decent, were there black ones? of course, but they couldnt compete, its why they struggled to stop the pirating, because they came from the same place with the same gear. also Yasuke does not have enough history to be more than a part of the final boss fight or smth, ac is known for historical characters being extremely close to what they were most likely like with ac lore injected, you cant do that with yasuke. its not about skin, people are tired of DEI, the main character was originally a japanese man... which then changed to a japanese woman and yasuke. im a big fan of these games, i've played almost all of them except for like black flag i think. if youre not gonna look into it deeper you shouldnt make a vid about it, do your research please. you have to realize all this is from the same company that took a crossbow out of the first game because it was historically inaccurate. All the best to you, i love ur vids but this one wasnt it.

This game once again showed the deep seated hatred from all non-black groups. The Asians and their racism is what surprised me. You had a person with traces back to one of the dynasties confirming the black Samurai arguing with racists.
