I love female Eivor's voice for how guttural it feels. She sounds like she's been fighting and yelling her whole life, which she has. Cecilie did an incredible job with Eivor

Yet they won't say if Female or Male Eivor is cannon. I still think its the Female.

They stated that "Let the Animus choose" is the canon option and "the way the story is meant to be played". In that option Eivor is female so technically they did confirm a canon. Also, Eivor's last name is Varensdottir, which literally means "Daughter of Varen".

They've actually confirmed that Eivor is female in the AC Universe. The game also explains this.
