You should enter orbit with a massive ship and bombard the area with limited firepower of course. Once you take enough damage you should leave orbit or slam into a mountain creating awesome scenery!

Arron basically seems like a GM/DM to me in this game. Being a GM/DM is not an easy job, it is all too easy to wipe out an entire party by simply spawning something impossible to defeat. It's far harder to make sure what you do is balanced with both sides having an equal change to make it through.

Please set the range for 800 meters, you need it desperately to deal with that kind of fire power. Also set up one of those sniper drones with the camera. You could pin down the miner and just snipe them apart.

Josh Lapple IIRC, smallship turrets have a max AI range of only 600m.

if the lotus was still working you could do a doomsday situation by dropping a emitter drone near there base and have missile home in on it. If they capture and move the drone away from they save the base if they don't get it out of their base on time BOOM. as long as they have a chance its fair play.

Aaron you should make a big base with a large escape ship in a deep silo so it can reach max speed and escape to a big station in orbit while the ships follow up threw the atmo and the station is firing down onto the pursuing ships you connect to the station and pick up several other escape craft from other bases being attacked then keep running

Send a light frigate that has a self destruct and if the board it it detonates, it attacks their convoy and has a couple of rockets and machine guns on it and can detonate instantly(controlled via control block)

Try to make drone-mothership. A huge monster-like ship with grinders and tentacles, which gonna be supported by small ones. Also drones are rather slow - try to make faster ones.

Aron you could make a spider walker out of the wild Wild West and use it like a moving base of operations to pester them or make a smaller version that has a grinder or drill that comes in hordes periodically make it to where it gets harder and harder for them to where they would start prioritizing defense

It would be nice if u put abit of more set lore into it :) (E.G. they find the wreckage of a trading fleeing from a strong enemy, when they reach the coordinates of the destroyed trading post it came from, they come under attack by a large ship - would be atleast a way to justifiy sending a strong target against them and give them enough time to prepare) just an idea :)

idk if you choose my idea from your idea video or part of it but i have another idea...only issue would be frames. The drones could have a goliath outpost for like mining. But the outpost has no weapons, is mobile and is essentaily a drone making machine that attacks in swarms when danger is detected. i give the frames warning because when i built and tested this idea, one the joints got hit by a half made drone and killed itself. maybe find a fix for that or make the drones come out the top.
