this whole glyph thing and the 2012/previous humans mystery in general used to scare and intrigue me so much as a kid when this game just came out. games back then had such a sense of mystique that they just dont have now. maybe i just grew up 😅 but the way the early assassins creed games (only really 1 and 2) slowly unraveled the mystery to the player was so unsettling and effective, compared to this complex ass fanfic nonsense the lore has devolved into
