Susan this quilt is just adorable, now I’m not a person who cares for novelty quilts, but this one is so very cute. Your quilting is top notch as always. Just wondering do you have back problems due to all your quilting? I haven’t been quilting but a faction as much as you, but I’ve already had a shoulder issue and had seven therapy appointments. Hopefully your back pain can be resolved for you, take care and thanks for sharing 👍❤️😊

My back pain is from scoliosis that I've had since my teen years. As I age, it gets worse and the more I'm on my feet the more pain I have. Some days it is just hard to quilt because of it.

Susan, did you machine appliqué the Chichén with a blanket stitch & did you use one color of thread for all the blocks?

I did machine applique with a blanket stitch, and I switched out thread colors to match the fabrics.

I've just ordered the chicken template and I don't know if there are instruction on how to assemble each chicken . If not can anyone please give the template numbers for each chicken please?
