Assembling the Orange Pi 5 acrylic case

Boring video of me assembling the Orange Pi 5 acrylic case that I bought from AliExpress.
Unfortunately the heatsink did not come in time so I did not add any heatsink to the Pi, but you can do that on your own.

Very useful. I have one on the way. The only flaw in the design is that there are no holes to access the maskrom and recovery key buttons, so for me, the rear plate will stay removed so that I can access for flashing etc.

Is there some space under the board for an NVMe SSD on the M2 port in the case ?

I have the same case and I can confirm there is no space for NVMe. You can cut the plastic with a drill to accommodate it however half of the NVMe will be on case's outside.

Just one more thing.. I saw there is a NVMe short in size it is different from default nobebook NVMe. For those ones it looks like it will fit into this case because there is an space of approximately 7 millimeters between the board and the case.

Did you install the posts upside down? I bet those are supposed to be feet, and the screws on top.

Nope! That is how it's supposed to be, in fact the finished assembly image on AliExpress looks the same as mine.
