Could you do a what if version of 2007 where Schumacher stayed instead of Massa? Schumacher and Raikonnen vs Alonso and Hamilton would've been something else.

Hi. You can easily do that yourself. 2007 season is set for Kimi (user) now but you can change Massa's driver name from championship.champs file to anything you want. Just open the file with Notepad and edit. Yeah I agree it would have been amazing. However Kimi was in his prime at McLaren. Ferrari never really fit his driving style. Cheers.

Thanks man. For me 2005 and 2007 were the best "modern" F1 seasons. And I'm a huge fan of Kimi and he wasn't around in 2010. You can actually create it yourself with these 2005-2007 modded tracks. I'd think the sponsors are pretty much the same. Just alter the championship.champs files with Notepad and adjust the drivers. Creating these period accurate skins was such a HUGE job and I'm not willing to do it again anytime soon. But maybe one day.

@@detonator2112 Thanks mate, still an amazing job in the 2005 and 2007 seasons. The only thing I don't know about the 2010 season is the grid setup. Since I'm not sure how to do it right so that the AI ​​is decent and in line with the 2010 season.

@@manuelvelasquez3738 All these tracks in my both seasons have been tested and they have excellent ai's. I haven't tried the 2010 cars but all RSS are good quality so I don't think there will be any issues. Simply adjust the driver ai ratings in the champs file accordingly. Of course depending on your own skill... but like Vettel ai 100, Alonso 99, Webber/Hamilton 98, etc. depending on the drivers performance in the real season. Then just replace the skin/car filenames. I think it'll work just fine. Just add Singapore, Korea and Abu Dhabi to the calendar in the js file. Find the best track versions for them. I have the top drivers at 100 because I really want a challenging season. Winning feels so much better if there's a genuine challenge. Personally I absolutely want the mandatory pitstops. For me it doesn't feel like real race if the cars don't have to pit. I created 20 lap races and at least one mandatory stop for all cars (Spa has two). For me it's ESSENTIAL to have the "genuine vibe". You can achieve that by adjusting the cars' max fuel capacity in the data.acd / data folder. I spent days of testing with these 2005/2007 cars to find the perfect fuel balance so that the races remain challenging.
