It's good information video about home loan tax savings. Only one information need . in 80EEA only home loan should be taken in 2019-20 yrs or previous yrs also.

Sir, mera ek two storied ka home loan chal raha hai, loan 2 storied building k pura mila, but expenditure jyada hone s ground floor conplete nhi kar paya aur abhi mai 1st floor k finishing kar 1st floor m reh raha hu aur section 24 claim kar raha hu. Abhi May 2023 ground floor complete karne k liye fir s home loan liya hu, jisme purpose diya "residual work for existing home loan under Home Loan, Housing Finance Scheme" . Abhi mai in dono home loan s maximum kitna tax exemption le sakta hu.

Sir ye principal amount kya hota hai ?? Isme byaj (intrust) juda huwa hota hai ya nahi ar hame kaise malum chalega ki ye mool loan hai isme kisi tarah ka intrust nahi hai.manlo maime 20 lakh ka loan liya hai isme 18000 emi hai to isme principal kya hoga ar intrust kya hoga ??

Hello sir Maine Hdfc bank mein home loan ke apply kiya hai 6.5 lakh ka.....processing fees ka cheque diya 3540/ ka....pehle bola ki interest rate 10 lgega Maine bola ki thoda kam kro aapne 8.9 bola tha bolte ki thik hai phir wo cheque debit ho gya hai account se....abhi fon aya ki thoda mushkil hai approve hona..maine bola ki cheque toh debit ho gya hai phir bolte hai ki ohh main pta karta hu branch mein...kya kr sakte hai

Conditions with respect to the carpet area of the house property. These conditions have been specified in the memorandum to the finance bill, but not mentioned in section 80EEA: The carpet area of the house property should not exceed 60 square meter ( 645 sq ft) in metropolitan cities of Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi National Capital Region (limited to Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Faridabad), Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai (whole of Mumbai Metropolitan Region) Carpet area should not exceed 90 square meter (968 sq ft) in any other cities or towns. Further, this definition will be effective for affordable real estate projects approved on or after 1 September 2019

If I own one Home and buy 2 resale homes by taking home loan on both homes and let out both these homes on rent during 2020, then can I show loss from house property for both these homes and can I adjust total interest paid ( Rs. 9 lakh ) on these home loans against tax deducted from my salary income ?

Loss under the head "Income from house property" can be carried forward and set-off only against "Income from House Property" in the subsequent years. Such loss can be carried forward for a maximum period of 8 years only.

Hi, two queries: 1. For self occupied properties if we are paying municipal taxes and yearly maintenance, can we show them as losses? 2. In case of joint owners and joint loan, if only 1 owner actually is repaying the principal and interest (emi) can still both the owners claim principal and interest separately? Thank you.

Sir, ek important scenario cover nahi kiya in case of construction goes beyond 5 years. For example, if I have taken a loan in 2009 and got possession in July 2019. then Can I take rebate for current year as Rs. 30000 + ( interest of 10 years / 5) = Maximum Rs. 200000

The construction must be completed within 5 years from the end of the financial year in which the loan was taken. Since, your have got possession of your house after 8 years, its not possible to claim interest deduction.

If person having one property an he goes to bye one more property under contraction an the is let out on rent due to the shortage of place an he has taken bigger flat on rent for himself. In that case tax deduction can be avail under section 24.
