Absolutely. Everyone gets fragmented before the age of seven because they have no way to filter out everything they are taking in and parents and other adults have no clue that children are reading their energy and their patterns, which they are not even conscious of.... how much damage they do to children before the age of seven

I've had breathing problems for 25+ years and eventhough it is getting better and I can breathe deeper by doing daily breathing excercises (breathing more deeper and with awareness) it was also tightness on my diaphragm (by the nervous system). There are some videos on yt how to release it, which has been beneficial for me.

That was done more professional than mine . My ex friend son came to me with that idea of finding trauma pain and I have a DVT on my right leg . He stand on my leg in a place where I was feeling more hurt and he made me cried so bad . I wanted him to stop . He didn’t he said it will go away but he was so hard on me , I cried because of the pain and I got a giant bruise as well . I was wondering if people needs to get certified to do this type therapist ?

Sorry you had to go through that. If you're ever in a situation again where tge excercise is causing you physical pain or discomfort or someone else is causing it to you, listen to the signs of your body/system, honour it and stop that excercise. Only you can know what you're going through.

We hold so much in our bodies. Find the right body work practitioner and embark on your healing journey. It’s could be yoga, reiki, Feldenkrais, there is a book named. Discovering the bodies wisdom. Pick your modality and go for it. Blessings!!! I’m on my own journey after a physically abusive romantic relationship. Be kind to yourself. ❤

I'll bite. It feels fucking exhausting. It feels euphoric for 'X' minutes and then you feel like you've run and emotional and physical marathon and need to just be quiet and hibernate for a few days. Oscillating between calm and overwhelm. Always exhausted, but lighter. Something has changed. A crack. Light is getting in. Not much, but at that point - as energy slowly returns, there is less "emotional weight" and it's been replaced with hope Maybe only 3% better - but better. And that hope can be used for action. ALSO - your body now KNOWS how to feel different, It's done it recently. It has the visceral memory of it. Rather than the fight or flight feeling - there is a new option. So you need to go out in the world and allow yourself to be triggered again - THIS TIME you have to stay mindful in the moment and CHOOSE the right response. It might work twice then fail the third time. But that it why recovery is so hard, it's allowing enough space between you and the trauma too react differently so often it becomes habit. Change is hard. It feels good and bad and wonderful and exhausting and hurts and is euphoric. And tomorrow, you start again. That's how it feels, to me anyway.

@HumanGarage
@HumanGarage Жыл бұрын
Hi Yvonne, we no longer take clients or do treatments, but rather teach individuals how to care for themselves and get even better results. We believe the body was designed to heal itself, once we give it what it needs and start addressing the emotions involved. Head over to our community portal and go through the Getting Started Guide to start your Journey. That being said we also have coaches around the world that you can work with to further your self healing journey but we recommend starting with the maneuvers first before requesting a coach which can be done via the portal @ app.humangarage.net

medical research has proven that trauma is stored in the body, so even if it happened for a long time sometime in your life mostly in adult phase it will be recalled and it will come up your body will feel it you will be triggered releasing it through somatic exercise like this one helps people face it and start healing
