For my PTA program, we were always taught the radial styloid for handgrips on these assistive devices. For the purposes of the board exam, will that really matter or should I just pick ulnar styloid just to be safe?

There is NO WAY they would have both answers that's rude! Just know "general wrist crease area" and pick the option that is CLOSEST!
