Association P.C. - Soft Time in a Life Machine - Berliner Jazztage 1971

Association P.C. played after The Tony Williams Lifetime and before the Soft Machine on the 7th november 1971 in the Berliner Philharmonie. The introduction is done bij Ronnie Scott. Association P.C is Jasper van 't Hof, keyboards, Toto Blanke, guitar, Sigi Bush, bass and Pierre Courbois, drums.
This concert was broadcast by NDR-RB-SFB 3 december 1972.

Not to be a pain, but could you tell me anything about the source? I'm just curious now. Did you or someone else record this at home when it was originally broadcast on t.v.? Suddenly I'm just dying of curiosity about how it was originally captured, and later converted.

The recording was send to Pierre on DVD by someone involveld in the festival and I posted it on YT for him. Qualitywise I'd say it was recorded on video at the time

@@antonhofbos6093 Many thanks for putting this out! There were no home video players at the time as the first one was by Sony in 1975 or so. Looks like someone took a video copy recording of the original years later when they became more popular perhaps... analogue to analogue would result in some loss of quality like we see here.. I have a recording on video of Keith Jarrett from 1972 on DVD and it looks almost like HD... such was the quality of some of the commercial studios at the time.
