A lot of the choices in the 7:14 section were skipped because they all led to smaller bits and pieces of dialogue that were covered in the choice I chose in the video. How did you handle that fight at the end with just you and Astarion? My next playthrough will be just him and I and some hirelings when I can afford them so I'd like to have an idea of what I'd be up against lol.

Killed the sleeping guys and also the "mage" goblin who was reading the book at the third floor before all this. When combat started, I had my Tav misty step up to the third floor, Astarion remained below to summon the ogres using the horn and then dashed upstairs after. Make sure your Astarion is dual-wielding hand crossbows and both of you can pick them off one by one with range. I also had the crit illithid ability which helped. Try to keep the ogres alive with bless scrolls or heal scrolls, as you'll need them again if you're massacring the goblins inside the building as well. In the video, I had no spell slots at all before the big fight which was not ideal lol, I had to reload a save to long rest first. If your ogres are still alive, you can contract them again with gold to help you inside the building. In the building, there's tons more enemies than outside. I suggest using the Beholder in the bottle + ogres + ideally also convincing the spiders (but might be tricky due to them being behind the locked gate). I summoned the Beholder in Droz's room, but you might need to provide some assistance to the Beholder as that room can essentially solo it. Most importantly, don't summon both the Beholder and ogres in the same room, as they may aggro to each other.
