To answer your question - Astarion's romance scene is still under construction :( It was a Major Disappointment and it is frustrating getting hopes up with each update then no sign of it. Now there is a camera bug which causes Astarion to slide away from the MC. Fingers Crossed with Patch 6 it his full romance scene will be restored. I hope this helped & answered your question :)

@Kandosii It seems to be strange he comments on certain companions depending who you have in your party. It has happened to me a few times too. When I have Wyll & La'zel in my party, he sometimes only comments on Wyll and doesn't mention La'zel :/ I have no idea what determines it either :/ Bless this beautiful disaster of vampire 💗That embarrassed cough is Adorable 😊

I did note the Fenris connections, slave, sexy short white haired elf, etc, but I don't think he'd deny sexy times unless approval dropped. He's mentioned how much he enjoys it, and most of your companions won't jump his bones, because they don't like the fact he's a vampire. I do see him trying to get more romantic though. Ingratiate himself with you more for added protection, and all that. What I really want to see is how far Larian will let us go. Will they give us the chance to try popping the question? I want to see...

Would a Dragonborn taste like spiced cider then? This just makes me want to play Dragonborn race dangit! I remember someone datamining back in Patch 3, they found lines for Dragonborn and Half-Orcs. It'd be neat if they could do all the races, at least the popular or really unique ones like the Automotons and snake people (sorry can't remember their proper name, new to D&D)

Are there any additional conditions for getting this conversation? Like high approval or something? It never happened in my game(

I got his scenes on medium to high approval, but as far as I know you can still get them on neutral. There is no new approval gain with any of his new scenes.

To get to this scene - finding out he a vampire & get the bite scene but then again this scene doesn't always trigger :/ I couldn't get this scene on my 2nd playthrough. Hopefully you'll be able to trigger it your next playthrough :)

​@@damned0wl Your Welcome :) His new scenes do seem to be complete random & for me find I never know when they will trigger unlike his previous scenes I knew exactly when they would happen.

@@aranellavellan just got the scene in my second playthrough. I guess I just needed to take long rests more often :)
