I'm still surprised PC didn't call it immediately, him flashing his fangs so frequently was a dead giveaway for me, I saw those choppers he so proudly and oddly showed off and was just like, he's totally a vampire.

I know! Plus, my character literally walked into his first kill: a boar. If you investigate further after he tells you it’s nothing, you find bite marks at the neck. Force him to answer what he thinks that is, and he says it’s a vampire, but, “we’re safe. I’m keeping watch.” Liiike... that’s a dead give away, lmao. I later got special dialogue when he tried to bite me,” how could I not have seen it? After that boar...” or something like that. Plus, in the under the stars scene when he’s looking at the sky, if you ask about him (you don’t know he’s a vampire yet), he calls you delicious and flashes his eyes. You can tell he’s thinking about biting you.

Add on the fact that he's got obvious bite mark scars on his neck, crimson eyes, and is referred to by even his own personal questline as the "Pale Elf." I'm kinda baffled folks are so oblivious, that they almost lose one of their companions to him; even if he's able to strut around in daylight, likely due to the parasite, SOMEONE should've put two and two together early enough...

When I didn't stop him my character died. Astarion makes a comment "Oh no, something terrible has happened." While he walks to his spot from the bedroll. Kinda wish more came of that ending with their dialogue.

There are a lot of glitches. One I've encountered recently likes to make my screen zoom away from me in the opposite direction when I'm trying to fix my camera during a battle. Or the clipping. The clipping gets pretty bad sometimes. XD

@Bryan Whincup It actually took much longer for my drow to unlock this. I'd defeated the goblin leaders and had found the dead boar, and had run into the Gur. The Gur still lives. I think I went to bed at least 5 or more times before that finally unlocked. I think it has to do with your relationship with Astarion. Like many RPGs, certain animations won't unlock unless you have the right amount of approval/disapproval. Exactly what that threshold for this game is, idk.

No. He’s a vampire spawn so he can’t turn people. He ends up draining you of all your blood if you don’t persuade him to stop.
