It's worth mentioning that the Khorne hyperbolic time chamber gym is actually a really positive space, the bloodthirster personal trainers have really good at their job, they know what your limit is and wont push you past your physical capabilities, but will get you to do your best. And contrary to popular belief, it's open to every force of chaos, (though the selfie gaurd gator does exist) it's just that people only ever hear about the bad experiences, which is sad because alot of the followers and deamons who go here are pretty chill, I've met a lord of change who will give you some ambiguously philosophical life advice whilst he benches double his weight, and I spar with a semi-professional Slaanesh kickboxer. Hell of a looker, but damn does she have a nasty left hook.

I don't think Nurgle has anything to do with rebirth, just the surety that all life DOES die and rot. Maybe the rot brings about other life but not everyone gets to be a butterfly. Like otherwise all top-level Nurgle adherents would be clean newborns that have gone through the cycle, and not perpetual rotbags.

I'd still go with Khorne because he's the only one who's never going to screw you over and he's very upright and honest about it. Im terms of negatives Slanesh is defacto to worst to follow, after witch Tzeentch is a spectrum of negatives based on Luck, making them the 2ed, 3ed, and 4th worst. Aside from Tzeentch however Khorne and Nurgle are debatable as to who is Worse, Nurgle should he dislikes you is debatablely worse then Tzeentch's worst fate, however on average Nurgle is rather benign from the point of view of following them, you loose feeling and exist as a disgusting being, but you feel no pain or suffering. Khorne is worse on average then Nurgle based the mental experiences of the followers, those who follow Khorne long enough loose everything of themselves but hate and anger. However overall witch is worse between the 2 is mostly opinion, some would rather loose their essence, becoming mindless beings who know only angers then become bloated sacks of puss, others may prefer to keep their mind and be free of pain and suffering death at the cost of their physical degradation. Well back to Tzeentch as also the lest negative, being mostly based on luck its possible to have no drawbacks. Now to positives, it highly depends on the person, as for Tzeentch they can be the best and worst based on luck, no matter your desire unless its a specific desire best done by another, however Tzeentch can actually one up some of the other chaos gods in certain areas. For example if ones primarily disire is not die, and become immortal, such a boon would normally fall under Nurgle, however at the cost of Nurgle, Tzeentch should you be lucky on the other hand could grant you Immortality no strings attached, outside the standard curses of immortality,(he would likly laugh as you eventually regret it and try to end it), Tzeentch can also offer skill, pleasure and beauty, like slanesh, by granting you the knowledge to improve your craft, powers that could bring you pleasure, and the abilities to alter your form to thus become more beautiful. Of course, that knowledge is likely to drive you mad, and the pleasure and beauty will be short lived if you are turned in a spawn. However that all comes down to luck, however looking father down the road of slanesh worship both are not as bad. Tzeentch can even help you if you just seek to become a powerful warrior, however Tzeentch does play 2ed fiddle if your disire is to be free of pain and suffering or to become the physicaly strongest warrior or simply enjoy constant battle, where Nurgle and Khorne come out on top, the only really thing slanesh can offer better then Tzeentch is increased stimulation, however that is a double edged sword as you will quickly out grow all pleasures till nothing cuts it and you are left with nothing but the worst unimaginable suffering possible. The best benefits from Slanesh is actually skill/perfection in a certain area, however if you value skill as a warrior, i would recommend Khorne instead as its less bad, well Tzeentch can also grant you skills and knowledge in most areas. Now its worth noting well i have proped up Tzeentch a lot so far, this is assuming you have been lucky, you may only be granted inferior forms of boons, or not even get anything benefits from them, they are the least consistent, with the others you mostly know what your getting, with Tzeentch its like playing the lottery with your a one in a billion grand prize, some secondary prizes and such, and each draw enters in you for a punishment lottery were you can get the grand prize of no punishment, some 2ed prizes of minor punishment, and a hell of a lot of you become a chaos spawn chances.
