I was touched by this video because all of a sudden my incomes decreased because my work load decreased. I felt sad and thought what I had previously wished for this situation to happen. However I had to admit that I always got something (little Jobs in the meantime); moreover, due to this situation I came to know Ananda Marga. I remember that I requested God to let me know my full capacities, my hidden talents/gifts. Now I don't have a job but I am immerse in the spiritual practice and I am sure I am getting ready for labors to come and the Supreme has already shown me that he never forget his creatures. But it's just the beginnig and more courage is needed. Thanks Dada!

Throughout the years I've been attuned to these teachings and I am astounded by the lightheartedness at hand with the sternness of the teachings. They seem to be more spread out over time rather than given to you all in one sitting, which I adore. Many thanks baba, namaskar

Dada, hearing you provides me so much calm and peace...your experiences show me that Being human is really a gift, a great adventure to be enjoyed as a witness; and at the same, we have the power and the duty of consciously become part of the world through our acts. So grateful for you sharing your teachings, it's really a great gift for humanity. I want, at least, give you and everyone who is reading, my blessings in return. Peace is certain for every creature. So hum.

So I felt at the beginning: like a parasite, always wanting more from the Universe. After listening to the end, calm came to me: change is always possible. In fact, a change just happened in my mind while listening. A new perspective is settled and I'm sure it will guide my acts from now on. Grattitude is the first thing I think it can always be given in return for all the miracles we are blessed every breath we take. Thanks you for sharing your sincerity, and thanks Dada for your calming answer. Namaste. 🙏

Dada, I just had such a wonderfull experience with Asteya. Because of your suggestion I wanted to buy the book "A guide to human conduct." So I searched the internet and suddenly found a free pdf file of the book. Then a little devil said in me: "you can keep it, you don't have to pay." But because I was working with asteya now I could not keep it for free. Then I found a website where I could buy the book for $6, . . . . .but on payment suddenly $25 shipping was added. I thought to myself, "no no I'm not going to pay $25 for shipping" and the devil in me said again: "you can use the free one." Eventually I felt from my heart: "I have to do the good thing and buy the book for $6 and $25 shipping." So I paid $31 for the book and it felt good. Now the miracle happens, . . . . . . two hours later I get a refund for $20 on the shipping costs. I feel so blessed

Namaskar Dada. You just remind us those noble values which humanity has forgot under the influence of capitalism. Simply put, the system made living quite difficult instead of pleasant journey for spiritual upliftment. Your sharing and experiance giving hope again for all the soul out there including myself about the existence of parapsychic and it's abundance of love to nurture our life. My sincere Love for your noble works which I can feel the present of the parapsychic. Namaskar Dada!

Hi Sir, this strange experience came to me when you were speaking of your friend. You started off with the sentence saying that she is a very noble person. She is from... before you even said the place, I have a very strong feeling in my mind that it could be Singapore. Immediately after that thought, you mentioned she is from Singapore. I just find the experience so fascinating. Thank you for sharing =)

🙏 Namaskar, Bruce Lee Understood this Spiritual Principle: "Knowing is not Enough, You must Apply. Willing is not Enough, You must Do." A Yogi is one who is conducting experiments to Experience Life. An Authentic Yogi, teaches only that He/She Experiences. It's a concept called: Setting an Example before asking others to do the same. BnK 🌅🧘🌄

This principle reminded me of a passage from the bible: "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? 28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you-you of little faith? So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."

I feel this is still a big struggle for me. The root of this issue with me starts with my high values of living within the caring capacity of the earth, and not wasting any resources. But at the same time I live in a society where I see people treat these resources without care and creating a lot of waste. Seeing this hurts a lot and I find it hard to not act upon this strong feeling. When I see that someone is not using a resource optimally, or wasting it, I sometimes take it to a place where it can be used without consent. Which makes me feel good and bad at the same time. For example, I see people treating food without care and creating a lot of waste. As someone who gardens and loves cooking, I am very aware of the amount of energy that goes into growing and preparing food, and seeing it wasted touches me deeply. My flatmate went on a holiday for 2 months and left al lot of food behind, which I used because it would go to waste and also make our whole kitchen disgusting over time. But I didn't start a conversation about it. I feel it is not because I don't want to ask permission, but because I feel some people don't handle critique well when I point out their behavior. And I don't know how to handle that aggressive energy very well. I think because of my fear from past experiences I just tend to do the best I can with the situation while avoiding a conversation, so without the consent. But it doesn't feel good. So, actually my struggle with practicing asteya is rooted in satya, that I don't feel confident at speaking a truth that may 'hurt' someone, but someone does need to hear, for the better. Do you have any tips on how to gain more confidence at speaking such truths?
@MeditationSteps3 жыл бұрын
It does not have to hurt, just say in a good way.

Beautiful, as always. Thank you for your videos. They are truly inspiring for me. One thing where I feel like I am getting stuck in this process is my study loan. I feel like I can not achieve true peace of mind financially as long as I have the loan, which I will not be able to pay off for many years (though the monthly deposit is low). What is your advice for dealing with this? Also I feel the need to help many people at once because I am able to do this more easily because of my studies. Sometimes I feel like this is an egoistic pursuit for self worth and importance. What are your thoughts on this?
@MeditationSteps5 жыл бұрын
Namaskar, no need to feel guilty for this loan. If you can use the knowledge you have gained to help others, this will be a great contribution for society.

@borisnahalka30274 жыл бұрын
2% ? seriously? unless you are not giving 100%, you are not giving at all. and I'm not talking about money, I'm talking about you. Asteya is about the balance of what you take and what you give. you want to give money? it is a very poor choice. what you need to give is yourself. nothing less will do. think about it! what you can give with 100% guarantee, that will not miss the target? your very own presence. nothing more and nothing less. everything else can and most likely will be misused. so, what to do? get some degree on Ahimsa and Satya Sadhana and then your very presence will be a balancing force. you don't need to donate, you are donating yourself! there is more work to be done in Asteya Sadhana according to Muladhara Chakra and the tools associated with it, but for now, it is more than you need to know. to get you started. to get ME started? that's what is going through your mind right now. I'm a guru, with an ashram and all that Jazz. yeah, you are 2%.
