Always love me a tent video! Looks like another good one! Love when they include a footprint with it! Such a value-add item! Merry Christmas Crow!! (I'm way behind on video watching!!)

For the price and the weight class, that is a pretty sweet freestanding tent. Thanks for the peek!

Looks good Crow! Everything you need and a decent size for the weight. I’m 6’ 4” so always interested in a tent I can comfortably fit in! 🦒😁

It might be tight for 6’4” I’m 5’11” there was several more inches. I would have to look at it again. I think you would fit.

This tent would be great for my boyscout. I second that their quilts are every bit as good as Enlightened Equipment. I own both and you can't tell the difference; I would have never bought the Enlightened Equipment quilt if I had bought the Moondance first. The Moondance quilt is far cheaper than the Enlightened Equipment revelation. Thanks for the videos.

Appreciate it! Yeah, if I had known about their quilt before I bought my EE quilt, I would have bought the Moondance. EE is definitely overpriced. I don’t like their customer service either. Featherstone is a good company. Their owner has an understanding of backpackers. Thanks for watching it. Crow✌️

This is the tent that Irishdaisy has used for several years. She now has the trekking pole tent as well. Both tents have performed wonderfully. The freestanding tent has withstood some serious weather including an entire night of heavy, heavy rains and tornadic winds and it didn't fail in any way. It's a really solid tent.

Ive had this tent for a couple of years now. Used it maybe 4-5 times as I usually use a hammock. My only gripe is that the corners on the foot end need to be staked out. Makes it less "free-standing". Other than that, its a great tent.
@ASTHECROWFLIESHIKING22 күн бұрын
I should have noted that. Yeah, with that hub design and the one pole in the middle at the foot end it needs stakes. I should have said that because I set up on gravel and couldn’t stake out. That was a little of an issue. But, it wasn’t that bad. Thanks for watching it. Crow✌️

This tent looks almost identical to my Big Agnes Tiger Wall UL tent
@ASTHECROWFLIESHIKING22 күн бұрын
Yeah, it does have a similar design…but, a fraction of the price. Thanks for watching the review. ✌️

Thanks for your vid’s! I am a hammocker but thinking about a tent for “certain occasions”. I do not understand why anyone would purchase an inner first pitch tent if they live anywhere near us (SE USA)??? How do you get past… it raining when I get to camp and I need to set up my tent?
@ASTHECROWFLIESHIKING22 күн бұрын
Great comment! Yeah, this tent can be set up with Ty tarp first and then put the inner up afterwards. I love this tent, crow✌️
