I have a greater appreciation for the men and women who work here. I think the Aston Martin is very expensive and yet seeing what goes into the production of one means it will be expensive for a reason. I loved what they looked like in the James Bond movies. I hope someday I will have a chance to buy one.

All hand built. Like the small metal plate says in the door sill. You don’t see that too often nowadays. Yes, they are expensive but this is why. I have owned an AM. A DB-9. Black/black. So beautiful. Best car I ever owned.

I have to say, of all things on a car assy. that has improved, it's the robotic caulking. A robot never misses a seam. Whereas, doing it manually will always risk missing a spot, which will lead to premature rusting and body failure. In a limited production facility on a given day, the absent caulking guy will be forgiven where no other employee can. And, it's not easy to put another person in his place; knowing all the caulking points and remembering them by a backup person is not ensured. And, with the damp environment of Great Britain, this is one point that is too critical to dismiss.
