if this was Release i think no one would been mad this looks great progress tho still waiting for horses more content like brushing, hugging, petting and maybe some early horse behaviors because now horses a still as bicycle player has no interaction with it, only ride

I don't even care about the gameplay anymore at this point. Just seeing the 'character creator' for the horses makes it clear I'll forever be stuck there, just happily creating random and pretty ponpons. ❤ Love the models and all the colour options. And I am looking forward to the genetics part of the game~ Funnies aside tho: This looks so satisfying and beautiful. I love it~. Seeing the animations makes me wonder if there is a way to make an 'inbetween' animation for just short moments so the jumping off, gait transitions and so on look smoother. The little tiptoeing (0:24) when the horse halts is already really nice. Tho I'm not sure if this kinda thing even works when the model is moving, let alone having to jump. Makes me curious if there is a way. Tho I know nothing about animating and coding so it's really just random curiousity.

Thank you so much!❤ The animations definitely still has a long way to go. In-between animations are planned and we will be further tweaking and enhancing the animations to hopefully give an even more immersive experience on the horseback.

This is shaping up somewhat, I think. The lighting is a bit better (still a bit harsh, and dark-shadowed in some places), and like others have said, the animations are jumpy and sometimes clicky. I am curious, when will the more Norse inspiration come into play? At the moment, all I see is the style of any other ranch/horse game. Early access, of course, but I *am* curious! Whilst I can’t directly answer your question (Though I do know it can take quite some time to adapt games that are optimised for PC to function on Mobile (both iOS and Android) or other operating systems/platforms), there is one more option open for playing the game which is the one I use currently; Steam Deck. This uses Linux, but can easily run the Early Access PC version of Astride available on Steam. Now, they aren’t cheap, but they are great handheld devices that allow the vast majority of games on Steam meant for PC to run just fine. 😊
