Despite being a glorified tech demo, Astro's Playroom is the only game I've played that actually feels like it takes full advantage of the PS5's technology. Excited to see what they pull off with a full fledged game

1 thing you don't need to know about my preparation for Astro Bot but that I will tell you anyway: I have been taking pictures of the countdown to this game in Astro's Playroom since it was at the 83 day mark on the 14th June of this year (thanks Information tab). 2 and half months worth of pictures chronicling the long road to Astro Both. And the wwit and my challenge is nearly over.

How cool would it be if you need to upgrade your PS5 mothership to PS5 Pro in order to take down the final boss? Or maybe you get a PS5 Pro tease after credits scene?

Since they did say they will be adding small content in updates after release, I kinda think it wont be in the game on launch until either the day before or the day after an official announcement comes. @@Kratos4ever94 honestly it’s one of them games that I have really enjoyed to play but my daughter who is 5 is obsessed she has completed and restarted numerous times, her birthday is 2 days after the release so have pre ordered both the controller & game for her (secretly for me also) 🙂

Loved Astro’s Playroom, one of the most fun experiences I have had in years, loved the soundtrack too! Astro Bot looks like a major upgrade, the world feels so open, massive bosses, colorful graphics, so excited, picking it up day one. It comes out a week before my birthday 😊

4:34: The returning badies from Rescue Mission, like the gorilla, octopus and bird bosses, are actually supposed to be siblings in Astro Bot. Nicolas Doucet confirmed it in a recent rapid fire question format, which comes highy recommended for anyone who enjoys Team Asobi's output.
