Loved these levels ..Threw some explicit language at the tv and they gave me huge anxiety but man they got the blood pumping..Bravo..Platinum done.

Honestly, I'm good with my experience of Astro bot and ready to quit just one level away from Platinum. This level is not the hardest in the game but the reaction time and muscle memory required to pull it off is not favorable to me. If there was only 1 check point would make this level 1000 easier for a person that is not a 3D platforming pro.

@@invisibleloveone yeah I felt like very few points were actually unfair and only luck based. Because if you were too fast or too slow there was to way to adjust because the floor falls with you or you get smashed by something else. Otherwise it was really well done.

The iguana shooting fireballs at you while youre jumping the shapes is the hardest part of this level.

The key with platformers like this game is momentum. The more you hesitate the more likely you’ll fail. I didn’t stop once doing this challenge and beat it in about 15 mins. More margin for error by staggering movement.

Took me 3 days but I only played this level for a few hours each. So maybe roughly 4-5 hours. Got tired after a while and keep making mistakes where I wasn't before. Now that I've passed it and got Plat, I don't ever want to see this level again lol.

I’ve spent a couple of hours on it. I consistently get to the second guy throwing the ball, and I’ve gotten to the second to last (square) set of birds twice. So I guess anytime now but it’s frustrating to have to keep going through the whole thing to die on the birds before I really learn anything.

This took me 3 frickin days. But eventually I pushed through and it became muscle memory. On the 3rd day I did it 5th try and it was easy. Keep goin buddy

This level was easy. The hardest level in the game is the one where you have to spray water to cool the lava and fire chases you. That level made me rage quit because the fire would catch up so quickly.

You honestly made it harder for yourself by backing up when jumping through the shapes. Still you finished it faster than me. I don't even know how many times Astro Bot died when I played that level.

It's just the triangle birds that kept getting me. The jump timing is absurd and the ice doesn't help either. The rest is annoying and did kill me a bunch but it was never upsetting outside of those birds.

@@shawn4585 That's what I did too, I tried jumping them first but something about them always managed to catch me unlike the square and circle ones. So going around was the best option when I beat it a few weeks back.

I found the lava level took me longer to complete, The fact is it wasn't the duck that got me at all that was easy, It was the flames after it and then a couple times at the end but nothing can compare to Sackyboy's Knitted Knight Trial.

Honestly i love a good 85-90% of this game, but I don't understand why Asobi put these challenge levels with incredibly harsh difficulty spikes into what I at least interpreted as a kids/family game. I'm not saying it needs to be as simple as a LEGO game or anything, but to go from the regular adventure type levels to these monstrosities was like whiplash. It took me over an hour to do this and while I was definitely into the unlockable character, i still kinda questioned if it was worth it. I wish there was more reward after beating something like this, like do a PaRappa The Rapper style level or rhythm mini game after unlocking the character or something.

Platformer game like Mario are Kids game but there still insanely hard challenge to 100 percent the game,your kid might not be able to finish those level but this game is all audience and need those level for the adult players,sorry if you lack of skills

@@gizmo3702 That is correct - I had a level four intraventricular hemorrhage when I was born, so the best I can do with my right hand is press “X” every few seconds. My reaction time with just my left is far superior.

I must have died over a hundred times. Lol. I just took a break and tried the following day and then got the platinum, died, then beat this mission again. It's easier if you realize your mistakes. I killed the electric bird, then the pink things, and the frog. Spin if the little bomb things attach to you. Jump on the on the edge of the circle with the electric thing, then jump off. Hover if necessary. Plus, if you stay still the pink things aim at you. Stay in one place, then move out of the way. They miss me almost all the time. Got to kill the big things that spin the huge ball. The end with the birds I just jumped forward and through. It was still a challenge. Good luck

This level took me 3.5hrs to complete and i was about to uninstall the game - what got me what the stupid moving shapes as you pass the spinning up closer to the end. what after I completed it it was the best feeling but F THIS LEVEL so much!

Yeah, these levels really killed my enjoyment for the game and I can't be arsed with the last one for a trophy I should have received for finding 300 bots. If there's a sequel they really need to tone this shit down.

I love the levels and think it’s fine there’s a trophy associated with them. But yeah this kinda stuff makes the family players and people with physical issues feel like they have failed when they otherwise completed the game, they should have made them mostly optional and shouldn’t have locked bots behind it. Watching a streamer who just can’t do them because of her hand, and it really put a downer on the game for her to not get all the bots.

Yeah, a couple of the challenge levels require a few tries but nothing I'd classify as difficult. It's a standard platformer, an easy one at that compared to others. The problem here is that most modern gamers are used to extremely easy new games that hold your hand the whole time with a checkpoint every 10 seconds and the moment you get hit with a game that offers any kind of challenge, it suddenly becomes too difficult for them to handle. That's the problem here, let's be real. If this game came out 20 years ago, it'd be considered way too easy. Disagree all you want, I don't care. Git gud.
