It'd be fun if a character had mechanics that just kept chunking bars at the screen, like you could keep activating buffs, and those buffs would proc new bars dynamically, some at odd angles or upside down, different colors, and they would all do something, but it would be difficult to figure out exactly what. If you spammed buffs fast enough you could fill the screen with them faster than they could clear.
