Hi Stan! Great video 😉 It is a beautiful board! If only I could… I’m still running strong on an MSI Z270 I bought in 2017. I have relatively modest needs, but do enjoy some great games when I can. Looking forward to playing some BF2042 tomorrow after work in fact! If only I could justify my taking out a loan to build a new pc to my wife 😂

My x470 board died in me out if nowhere...still have no clue what caused it to die...I was looking for a great x570 and was seriously considering this board as I had the original CH6 board and loved it but I found an amazing deal on the MSI MAG Tomahawk x570 for $158 so couldn't pass that up. I'm finishing up the custom loop now but your videos got me wanting metal tubes, lol.

ProArt is the same board but better with ECC RAm support, btw you can’t fix active backplates on 3090s in the 16x slot on this board with NO q-release button like alder lake even tho they’ve been in development at the same time as alder lake who has these features - board was almost good…. Gonna have to completely remove the OLED to fit a 3090 active backplate

I'm so tempted to finance this mobo just did my build with a Asus TUF gaming x570-plus mobo but my cpu is 5950x, should I stay with the one I got or return it to best buy I'm still in the return window or get this one, is it worth it the upgraded, what can I achieve with this board, Sorry this is my first build and I'm going all out lol.

Honestly? You're not going to achieve anything more than what you can do with the TUF X570 board. The extreme has support for 5 M.2 drives, a fanless design, better power delivery and a more robust design. However, it's not like you're going to be able to overclock the 5950X any more than you can with the TUF board. Sure get the Extreme board if you're willing to shell out the extra money for aesthetics and having the best. But real world difference is minimal. IMO.

I have an X370 Crosshairs VI Extreme and absolutely love the board! I am thinking about going to the X570 Crosshairs VIII Extreme yet not sure if it is worth the jump for FPS gains alone? Any advice, please? 🙏

The board alone won’t give you additional fps. A new cpu on the other hand will, assuming you’re not GPU bottlenecked.
