Your question is pretty important. This board launched before or around 2014 only packeging is been changed. It supports win 10 because asus says and win 10 drivers are also available. Your both ram will work on this and gtx 1650 will also work but there is possibility of bottleneck on this board.

You didn't mentioned your budget. It is difficult to tell you which gpu will be good for you. Asus h81m is just a medium on which gpu will work. This motherboard will support upto 12 to 14k gpu maximum. Higher end gpu will not work on their top performance.
